In the Cookbook Compilation section Superbuild version numbers were out of date (for Boost and OpenCV). This MR fixes this.
It also removes the compilation guidelines for build the PDF target of the cookbook.
The Tests section has been updated to mention git-lfs (see https://forum.orfeo-toolbox.org/t/tests-failed-due-to-corrupted-data/453)
