Refactor ResetMargin app

Improvements made on the ResetMargin application

• Choice parameter mode
  • roi -> uses same syntax as ExtractROI: startx / starty / sizex / sizey
  • threshold -> deprecated, uses the original syntax threshold...
  • implements margin mode
• Support vector images
• Support a custom fill value
