Refresh dependencies when changing otb group options

Tristan Laurent requested to merge cmake_refresh_dependencies_with_groups into develop

Problem of dependencies when using only -DOTBGroup_XXX options. The corresponding OTB_USE_ variables were not changed, thus build was incomplete
