BUG: fix filename too long when creating superbuild archive

Thibaut ROMAIN requested to merge fix-superbuildarchive-creation into develop

The job creating the superbuild archive was failing due to a change in the tar command arguments after the upgrade to Debian 11, this led to a faulty OTB-9.0.0-SuperBuild-archives file.
