If `otb::ScalarToRainbowRGBPixelFunctor` is directly held in an
`itk::UnaryFunctorImageFilter`, the reference count to the internal
`ScalarToRainbowRGBPixelFunctor` will never get released -- as this type WAS
meant to be created through a call to `ScalarToRainbowRGBPixelFunctor::New()`.
As a consequence `bfTvScalarToRainbowRGBPixelFunctor` should fail.
